 APIIT Student 365 Account Password Reset Instructions

 1. Go to www.office.com and enter Your Student Email

 2. Click next and select Forgot my password option 

 3. Enter the CAPTCHA Verification code

4. Select “I forgot my password” option 2 

5. Select an Option for the verification Step 1 and “Verify”

 6. Select an Option for the verification Step 2 and “Verify”

7. Enter your New Password 

 Password creation rules (industry standard) - your password must include:  At least 8 characters , Uppercase letters , Lowercase letters , At least one number  At least one symbol , It cannot contain your display name or 3 consecutive characters from your name
